policies

[Deposits]
We require that at least 20% of your booking be prepaid as a nonrefundable deposit to confirm. Your booking will not be fully confirmed until after the deposit is paid. Cancelling your booking will not refund the deposit; however, you may still reschedule your booking by emailing us directly. In which case, your deposit will carry over.[Rescheduling & Cancellations]
You may reschedule your booking at most 2 times before it is cancelled. Please reschedule or cancel by emailing us directly. Cancellations will have no fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to a reschedule, any time less than 24 hours will result in a 10% fee.[Costume Damage]
By making a booking with us, you understand that any damage to our costumes or property must be paid in addition to the cost of your booking.[Booking Time]
We ask that bookings be made at least two weeks prior to the date of the party, as we are both students that are not always available to communicate immediately.[Outdoor Parties]
If the party is a pool party or outdoors, we ask that there be an indoor or shaded area to stay in while we are at the party, as our costumes can be incredibly warm.[Adult Supervision]
Per every 5 children, we ask that there be at least one adult. Although we are both able to take care of children, our focus is preforming and creating a magical and memorable experience for the children. We ask that any adults present do their best to keep any unruly children calm.[Pets]
Please make sure pets are not near the party while we are present, as there is no way for us to be 100% sure an accident would not happen.[Additional Children]
Any additional children over the first 10 will add an extra $5 per child we are not notified in advance, and an extra $2 per child if we are notified. There is some grace with this policy, especially with no add-ons. If you have selected either makeover add-on, the cost per extra child will be increased to $15 per child to account for materials.[Liability]
We do not assume liability for any accidents, injuries to party guests, allergies regarding makeovers, or any property damage that may happen to occur during our visit.[Characters]
Please take into account that our characters are not licensed or affiliated with any company but our own and are simply fairytale princesses that may happen to look similar to other fairytale princesses.[Contact]
As we are the only people running our business and are both full time students, please allows for up to 24 hours for us to respond to emails.[Gratuity]
While tips are not necessary by any means, they are greatly appreciated![Safety]
If we feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any point in time or have an emergency, we reserve the right to leave the party. If this were to happen, payment for the remainder of the booking will be refunded.
